This is your health. Raise your expectations.

You
WE START WITH YOU
We start with an in-depth consultation and assessment that usually lasts an hour and a half to two hours. We also conduct a physical where we review more than just your blood pressure. The questionnaire and our discussions revolve around your concerns and goals as well as your:
-
Health History
-
Family History
-
Previous Traumas
-
Metabolic Assessment

Your Body
WE LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
While you may feel the symptoms causing you concern, your body can actually tell us details you cannot. Following our initial consultation, we then recommend certain diagnostic testing. This is very similar to traditional doctors visits where they may order a blood test. In this case, we recommend testing that is more in-depth. This science based diagnostic testing can reveal where you may be off balance (either too much or too little). Generally these tests take no more than a week to be completed (usually less). The kinds of testing we may recommend or conduct: Blood, Dried Urine, Saliva, Stool, Hormone, and Breath.
Many people are afraid of the tests, that they will "tell us" something we don't want to hear or are afraid to hear. These tests do not do that - they do not report specific diagnoses. They instead report on a level of below standard, standard and optimal across your systems (blood, stool, urine, hormone, gut, etc.). These tests allow your body to tell us specifically where there may be deficiencies or excess.

Assessment
ASSESSMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Once the test results are in, we evaluate them and schedule a follow-up consultation to review the results, explain what they mean and provide a detailed recommendation plan. This can include:
-
Dietary Changes
-
Nutritional Supplements
-
Mind/Body Recommendations
-
Lifestyle Changes
You will also receive a detailed copy of your test results. Following the recommendations, we meet by phone or in person on a regular schedule to monitor the results and get your feedback.
Ultimately, it is this area of the patient care that is the most important because recommendations may involve significant changes in your lifestyle and diet. This is why it is important that you are as committed to returning to optimal health as we are in partnering with you.
