Who says you can't make a fancy drink minus the booze? Whether you are sober or simply looking to make some different choices as we spring into summer, check out these delicious, refreshing alternatives to sipping on sugary depressants you find on most cocktail menus.

Consuming alcohol can have many adverse effects on our bodies, especially over long periods of time and in larger quantities. Yet, it is not even just the alcohol that has a negative impact on your health. Cocktails rich in simple syrups and mixes filled with preservatives can cause complications with our gut health.

Yes, we know for some of this, this is a punch in the gut, literally. We drink at social events, family gatherings, upcoming summer cookouts, Memorial Day, the 4th of July and so many other upcoming festivities. Well, lift that frown upside down because whipping up these mocktails may very well make you the life of the party! Check them out and let us know which is your favorite. Be sure to share any creations you come up with too!

Now, we raise a glass to you! Way to be proactive on your wellness journey!
